Rouge is a welcome addition to the list of top-quality restaurants in Verbier and it has proved a big success since it opened in 2008/09. It had a full refurbishment and little expense was spared to create an upmarket and interesting restaurant. A tasteful interior with extensive use of wood is the perfect setting for its good food and interesting wine list.
There is a private dining room in the basement area if you want some privacy for your group. The chef offers some very good seafood too which makes a nice change after a mountain diet of meat and cheese and it comes highly recommended by us.
