Ecurie is one of the few restaurants in Verbier that remains family-run, this small traditional spot is managed by Lisette with her husband Jean Marc in the kitchen doing excellent grills and regional specialities. He is known by his nickname, Babouin. The steaks are exceptionally good and many people praise their delicacy and texture.
The menu offers home-made pasta and some very good seafood too. It is underneath the Ermitage hotel on street level and just off the main square over the road from the tourist office. It has a cosy and friendly atmosphere and you will leave here with a warm glow.
