One of the few central restaurants in Verbier whose prices aren't through the roof, Caveau is a great restaurant to choose if you are in a large group and want good traditional Swiss food at a reasonable price. The cheese dishes all come recommended by us and the fondue is particularly good here.

Rarely for a restaurant in a ski resort, it also does large, filling and interesting salads so if you want to watch your waist and eat well then you should try one. Because of its popularity and central location you should expect to book in high season.
